Strengthened cold air to make Hai Phong cold and rainy

Hon Ngu station recorded northeasterly winds at level 6, with gusts at level 7. Ly Son station reported northeasterly winds at level 6, sometimes level 7, with gusts at level 8.

The strengthened cold air mass is forecast to bring rain to Hai Phong city, with the lowest temperature ranging from 13 to 16 degrees Celsius, and the average temperature fluctuating between 16 and 19 degrees Celsius.
