Strengthened cold air to make Hai Phong cold and rainy
A strengthened cold air mass is forecast to bring rain and pull temperature in Hai Phong city down to as low as 13 – 16 degrees Celsius.
By the evening of 18 November, cold air had affected most areas of the Northern Central region and parts of the Central region. Northern and Northern Central regions recorded rain and showers.
At Bach Long Vi station, winds reached level 7, sometimes level 8, with gusts up to level 9. Con Co station saw level 6 winds with gusts at level 8. Hon Ngu station recorded northeasterly winds at level 6, with gusts at level 7. Ly Son station reported northeasterly winds at level 6, sometimes level 7, with gusts at level 8.
The strengthened cold air mass is forecast to bring rain to Hai Phong city, with the lowest temperature ranging from 13 to 16 degrees Celsius, and the average temperature fluctuating between 16 and 19 degrees Celsius.
