Hai Phong makes efforts to cut processing times for administrative procedure

To date, Hai Phong has reduced the processing time for 1,949 administrative procedures, equivalent to 50%. The city is moving toward reducing the remaining processing time by a further 50%.

Hai Phong’s administrative procedure reform has met the targets set under the Politburo’s Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW and the city's 2026 goals.
