To date, 100% of administrative applications received, processed, and returned across Hai Phong have their progress publicly updated on the system, enabling citizens and businesses to easily track the handling of their procedures.

The system is connected to and shares synchronized data with 23 national and sectoral databases, and is fully integrated with the National Public Service Portal as well as information systems managed by central ministries and agencies. This integration helps ensure transparency, facilitate public supervision, and enhance service quality evaluation.

Since July 1, People’s Committees of communes, wards, and special zones citywide have received approximately 1.2 million administrative applications, the majority of which were submitted online. Notably, most applications were processed ahead of schedule, while the number of overdue cases remained minimal.

In 2025, the rate of ahead-of-schedule processing of administrative applications at the commune level exceeded 98% of the total applications received.

Across the city, 55 communes, wards, and special zones have accepted 1,196 applications processed without regard to administrative boundaries. This model of cross-boundary reception and result delivery has recorded initial positive outcomes, contributing to greater convenience for citizens and businesses.
