Hoa Binh General Hospital in Hai Phong has been authorized by the Ministry of Health to deploy more than 8,400 medical techniques, meeting the healthcare needs of local residents.

Among the specialized techniques now in use, Hoa Binh General Hospital has coordinated with several Central-level hospitals to perform a range of advanced procedures such as hip replacement surgery, endoscopic discectomy, and both autologous and artificial bone grafting.
The hospital has recently renovated and upgraded its facilities, increasing its capacity to 380 beds with six functional departments and 13 clinical and paraclinical departments. It now operates more than 200 pieces of medical equipment, including advanced systems such as PET/CT imaging, 1.5 Tesla MRI, CT scanner, C-arm machine, radiofrequency ablation device, Cobas immunoassay analyzers (E402, 411), biochemical analyzer (AU680), and systems for gene sequencing, molecular biology, and automated antibiotic susceptibility testing.
In the coming period, the hospital will establish new departments, including oncology, nuclear medicine, and assisted reproduction (IVF). It will also begin providing sample collection and in-home healthcare services to meet the medical examination and treatment needs of residents in Hai Phong as well as neighboring localities.
