The Hai Phong Tax Department has launched a survey to collect opinions from citizens and businesses to improve the eTax Mobile application.

Tax officers guide residents on how to install and use eTax Mobile.
The Tax Department has issued an open letter asking taxpayers to take part in the survey and submit suggestions to add features, conveniences and services to the app. This initiative is part of a campaign promoting installation and use of eTax Mobile.
The tax authority has recently accelerated administrative reform, expanded information technology use and advanced digital transformation in tax administration to deliver electronic tax services that make it easier for individuals and businesses to fulfill obligations to the state budget.
Following the Government’s and Ministry of Finance’s direction to modernize management and adopt a citizen- and business‑centered approach, the tax sector is focusing on building a modern, convenient and user‑friendly ecosystem of electronic tax services.
The current consultation aims to continue developing eTax Mobile into an effective digital transaction channel, enabling taxpayers to access information, use electronic tax services, and meet tax obligations anytime, anywhere in a simple and transparent way.
