The Hai Phong City Department of Industry and Trade receives and processes administrative procedures related to issuing Certificates of Origin (C/O) for businesses during the Tet holiday.

During the 9-day Tet holiday, the Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center arranged for cadres and staff to be on duty during regular office hours every day to ensure smooth operation of administrative procedure results to residents and businesses, without any interruptions.
From February 14 to 20 (Lunar December 27 to January 4), the Hai Phong City Public Administrative Service Center returned 150 administrative procedure results to organizations and citizens at No. 18 Hoang Dieu (Hong Bang Ward), primarily procedures for issuing Certificates of Origin (C/O) to serve businesses during the Tet holiday.
Previously, to timely support production and business activities, especially export activities before the Tet holiday, and to avoid disrupting supply chains, ensure delivery progress, and fulfill international trade contracts, the Hai Phong City Department of Industry and Trade received and returnd administrative procedures related to C/O issuance for businesses during the 2026 Binh Ngo Tet holiday on February 14.
To optimize support for businesses, the Department of Industry and Trade has urged businesses to proactively review and develop suitable production and business plans, and fully prepare dossiers for C/O issuance requests.
When necessary, businesses can contact the department's specialized divisions for specific guidance, timely receiving and handling dossiers in accordance with regulations.
