Hai Phong plans over 4.5 billion VND for vocational training

Hai Phong Department of Finance has plan to support workforce development for small and medium - sized enterprises (SMEs) in the city for 2026.

Accordingly, in 2026, the city plans to organize 119 training courses (including 22 courses on business startup and 97 courses on enterprise management) to support SMEs. The total estimated training budget is over 6 billion VND. Of this, the state budget will support 4.5 billion VND; the remaining over 1.5 billion VND will be collected from tuition fees of trainees and small and medium-sized enterprises.

The plan aims to strengthen support for human resources training, thereby enhancing management capabilities and business knowledge for managers and employees. As a result, small and medium-sized enterprises can organize, manage, and operate their production and business activities in compliance with legal regulations./.
