The Standing Board of the Hai Phong Party Committee has considered a coastal road project, an international logistics center development project, and two major cultural activities.

The Standing Board of the Hai Phong Party Committee held a meeting on August 26 to hear reports and give opinions on a number of matters in accordance with the committee’s Working Regulations.
Le Ngoc Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Head of the City Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, chaired the meeting.
At the meeting, the Standing Board heard reports and gave opinions on the adjustment of the investment policy for a project to expand the coastal road’s section through Hai Phong, from Provincial Road 353 to Thai Binh bridge (km0 - km19+645) and a project to build and turn Hai Phong into a modern international logistics center associated with international seaports and connected to economic corridors and belts before it is submitted to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
The Standing Board also heard reports and gave opinions on the organization of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival 2026 and the coordination with the Vietnam Film Development Association to hold the Film Forum - Film Port Hai Phong in the city.
