Journalist Luu Thi Thanh Ha, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television, has discussed issues that need stronger cooperation at the 2025 China-ASEAN (Nanning) Urban Media Roundtable.

The 2025 China-ASEAN (Nanning) Urban Media Roundtable has taken place in Nanning city of China under the theme “Jointly discussing media innovation, jointly promoting cooperation for development.”
The event gathered representatives from major media agencies of China, Indonesia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam, along with international scholars and associations.
The conference focused on two main topics: China-ASEAN audiovisual cooperation and opportunities and challenges from the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the media sector.

At the conference, journalist Luu Thi Thanh Ha, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television, discussed issues that need stronger cooperation and expressed the hope that media agencies in the region will soon promote mechanisms for collaboration in program production and exchange, and AI application in creating media works.
Also at the event, Nanning city authorities signed a communication human resources training agreement with five Guangxi universities and announced the “China-ASEAN (Nanning) Transnational Media Cooperation Vision,” opening up a new chapter for press and media collaboration in the region.
The Nanning Integrated Media Center showcased AI-powered multilingual video production, receiving positive feedback from delegates.
