Localities throughout Hai Phong city have cleaned 576 out of 646 targeted streets, roads and key areas.

According to the Department of Administrative Management for Social Order, Hai Phong Police, since late May 2026, localities in the city have cleaned 576 of 646 targeted streets, roads and key areas, reaching 89.16% of the plan.
This is the result of phase 1 of the peak campaign to strengthen public order, urban, pavement and roadside order, and safety corridors for roads and railways under Directive No. 17 issued by the Hai Phong People’s Committee. Launched in late May 2026, the phase 1 is scheduled to run through the end of June 2026. The Department of Administrative Management for Social Order continues to urge localities to mobilize forces and speed up progress to complete the clean-up of all 646 targeted streets, roads and key areas in the city.
Local authorities are required to continue to implement coordinated measures to maintain results, prevent re-encroachment, preserve public order, pavement order and environmental sanitation, and work toward building a cleaner, more civilized and modern urban environment.
