Enterprises in An Duong industrial park seek nearly 5,000 additional workers

Based on the continued stable growth of production and business, enterprises in An Duong industrial park, Hai Phong city are expected to recruit nearly 5,000 more workers in the final months of 2025.

Some limited liability companies such as Horn Vietnam, Tinno Vietnam, HMT Hai Phong New Materials Technology, and Lian Yue Vietnam (TP-Link) are seeking both unskilled and skilled workers with vocational certificates and relevant experience.

At present, An Duong industrial park has a highly concentrated investment structure, with 86.2% of enterprises being Chinese-invested ones. This concentration formed a business community with many similarities in corporate culture and management practices. The dominant industries in An Duong industrial park include the manufacturing of electronics, plastics, packaging, and components, and logistics.

To attract workers, many enterprises here are offering a wide range of benefits such as bonuses for performance, dedication, and seniority, allowances for employees raising small children or knowing foreign language languages, and seasonal support during the summer.
