Closer look at Evergreen Trang Due social housing complex

After more than two years of rapid construction, the buildings of the Evergreen Trang Due social housing project have been completed.
The Evergreen Trang Due social housing project was launched in late May 2023, with a total investment of nearly 1.6 trillion VND. The project is carried out in An Duong ward, Hai Phong city by Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park JSC. It is scheduled to be inaugurated on December 19, 2025, to meet the housing needs of the city’s workers.The project is implemented on a three-hectare site, comprising 10 apartment buildings, each 15 storeys high. It is located along National Highway 10, opposite Trang Due industrial park. With a favorable location, modern design and diverse amenities, the project is not only a social housing one but also a symbol of a new generation of social housing that is modern, civilized and worth living.To date, seven out of the 10 buildings have been completed, meeting living conditions.Building CT1 was handed over to residents in December 2024.Parks and greenery between the buildings create a green, clean and civilized environment.Seven of the 10 15-storey buildings, together with integrated amenity systems, are completed and ready to welcome residents.The internal road system is spacious, with parking areas arranged safely and in compliance with regulations around the building complex.The basement entrance meets residents’ needs for parking and vehicle storage.Service facilities on the ground floors of the buildings meet daily living needs.Corridors on each floor are well ventilated, with comprehensive fire prevention and safety systems, emergency exits and elevators.Apartments feature convenient interior layouts with a modern design style.Completed in a synchronized manner, the Evergreen Trang Due social housing complex will meet workers’ housing needs and contribute to improving the quality of life for citizens.A flower garden and a multi-purpose sports and recreational area opposite Building CT1 are being completed to serve residents.
