The “Thanking workers” program has been held to acknowledge the positive contributions of officials, members, and workers to the development of trade unions in Hai Phong city.

The Hai Phong Confederation of Labor organized the 2025 “Thanking workers” program on August 24.
As part of the event, 360 exemplary trade union officials and members from western Hai Phong took part in a practical skills workshop on organizing collective activities.
The training included surveying and understanding members’ needs to design suitable programs, planning, preparing human resources, coordinating, and communicating effectively to encourage active participation through engaging formats, as well as skills in coordination and problem-solving.

The participants then conducted post-activity evaluations to draw lessons for union officials, members, and workers.
Earlier, the delegation offered incense at the Nguyen Duc Canh Memorial House in An Hai ward and visited Bach Dang Giang historical site in Bach Dang ward.
