Nguyen Truong To, Bui Vien streets to be widened with nearly 1.6 trillion VND

Standing Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Anh Quan has signed a decision approving adjustments to a project to build ring road 2’s Tan Vu – Hung Dao – Bui Vien section.

Accordingly, the project adds the expansion of Nguyen Truong To and Bui Vien streets from the national highway 10 intersection to the ring road 2 intersection, with a total length of about 10.4 km. The land-use area increases by 70.2 ha to 176.7 ha.

Nguyen Truong To and Bui Vien streets will be widened, increasing the roadway scale to 6 – 8 lanes, and an overpass will be built at the national highway 10 intersection with a length of about 135.2 m and a scale of 4 lanes.

The additional investment in the project is 1.5727 trillion VND. After adjustment, the project’s total investment increases to 8.593 trillion VND.

The expansion of Nguyen Truong To and Bui Vien streets from the national highway 10 intersection to the ring road 2 intersection aims to enhance traffic capacity along the route, reduce conflicts and traffic safety risks, and improve overall project efficiency.
