The People’s Council of Kim Thanh commune, Hai Phong city has approved a resolution to allocate nearly 244 billion VND in public investment for a series of projects and works in 2026.

The People’s Council of Kim Thanh commune passed the 2026 public investment resolution at its year-end session on December 20,
The commune’s total public investment in 2026 will be nearly 244 billion VND, more than five times the 2025 level. Of this amount, the city budget will provide more than 36.4 billion VND in targeted additional funding, the commune budget will contribute more than 124.3 billion VND, and the remainder will come from other sources.
Specifically, the resolution allocates more than 30.6 billion VND to settle payments for 47 projects completed and put into use by 2025 and earlier, more than 42.7 billion VND for six ongoing projects, and more than 170.4 billion VND for seven new ones.
In 2025, Kim Thanh commune was assigned 46.4 billion VND in public investment capital and achieved a 100% disbursement rate of the allocated plan.
