From now until the end of 2026, Hai Phong will organize a series of large-scale performing arts programs at theaters, squares, and other venues.

Chuỗi hoạt động với hàng trăm chương trình biểu diễn nhằm hiện thực hóa mục tiêu xây dựng Hải Phòng trở thành thành phố âm nhạc.
The series includes hundreds of performances aimed at realizing Hai Phong's goal of becoming a city of music.

The series, developed by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, aims to realize the city's goal of becoming a city of music while enhancing people's spiritual life, developing cultural industries, promoting tourism, and turning cultural venues into attractive destinations for residents and visitors.

According to the plan, from July to November, the Hai Phong Television Theater Program will introduce five new productions in various performing arts genres, including cheo (traditional operetta), cai luong (reformed opera), and spoken drama.

At Hoa Phuong Theater, the city will host Song Nhac (Wave of Music) Vol.03 on July 26 and Hai Phong Concert 2026, featuring the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra, in August.

Các chương trình biểu diễn nghệ thuật được tổ chức tại các nhà hát, quảng trường và không gian công cộng trên địa bàn thành phố.
Performing arts programs will be held at theaters, squares, and public spaces across the city.

At the City Theater, the Musical Land Festival, a music exchange festival for children and teenagers in northern Vietnam, will take place on August 3. The theater will also host a program introducing new works by the city Union of Literature and Arts Associations and the Artsense International Music Festival in December.

In addition to theater performances, the city will organize 10 art programs marking major national holidays and events, as well as 187 touring performances in local communities, giving priority to industrial parks, island areas, remote areas, and policy beneficiaries. Hai Phong will also participate in a number of professional arts competitions and festivals in Vietnam and abroad.

Through these activities, the city aims to bring the arts closer to the public, enhance the effectiveness of cultural venues, and gradually develop distinctive cultural products to support socio-economic development.
