Hai Phong's 2025 budget revenue tops 190 trillion VND

As of December 31, Hai Phong's state budget revenue for 2025 reached over 190.379 trillion VND, exceeding the target by 34.8%. The City Tax Department’s data shows domestic collections at 103.879 trillion VND, 39.1% above the legal estimate, 25.2% over the aspiration goal, and exceeding the Government’s Resolution 230 dated August 10, 2025. It ranks third nationwide by domestic budget scale.

All 114 communes, wards, and special zones surpassed their targets. This milestone highlights Hai Phong's breakout development year, contributing to completing the 2021-2025 socio - economic plan.
