Hai Phong Online Shopping Day 2025 is expected to create a new sales trend, attract businesses and consumers, and promote sustainable e-commerce development.

The Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade, in coordination with the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM), launched Hai Phong Online Shopping Day 2025 on November 14 at Vincom Mega Mall Royal Island in Thuy Nguyen ward.
The program features nearly 100 products across diverse business sectors from enterprises, cooperatives, household businesses, and producers of OCOP items, typical rural industrial products, and signature products of Hai Phong.

At the event, delegates discussed solutions to promote e-commerce and digital transformation among businesses and household retailers in the city, as well as policies to support and accompany Hai Phong enterprises in doing business on the TikTok Shop platform.
According to the Department of Industry and Trade, e-commerce revenue in Hai Phong in recent years has accounted for about 16 – 18% of total retail sales. Consumer service revenue is higher than the national average (12%), with an average annual growth rate of 23 – 25%.

Notably, the city’s 2025 e-commerce index ranks fifth nationwide.
