Recently, at public administrative service centers in many communes, wards, and special zones throughout Hai Phong City, residents have enjoyed special experiences when handling administrative procedures.
At the An Phong Ward Public Administrative Service Center, residents waiting for procedures can enjoy free cakes, tea, and coffee. These refreshments are thoughtfully prepared by the staff and civil servants for the people.
This initiative has improved service quality with an aim to bring satisfactory to the people.
Not just in An Phong, many public administrative service centers across Hai Phong City have delivered similar positive experiences for people when perfoming administrative formalities.
Working style reform
The friendly government model has been prioritized by Haiphong City and Hai Duong Province since 2024. After the merger and implementation of the two-level local government, localities are making great efforts to build a friendly administration.
Haiphong City Committee issued Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU on building and implementing several socialism models linked to socialist people for the 2026-2030 period and subsequent years.
With clear direction and goals, Haiphong's government apparatus will become increasingly friendly, and closely connected to the people. The targets of achieving friendly government standards for all commune-level administrations and ‘friendly office’ standards for all city departments, branches, and sectors by the end of 2027 are completely feasible./.
