The two projects are significant milestones to celebrate the first Party Congress of Hai Phong city for the 2025–2030 tenure.
Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Ngoc Chau inspected preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tan Trao Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Project (phase 1) and the Hai Phong LNG Thermal Power Plant Project on September 25.
According to a representative of Vingroup, by the afternoon of the day, preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony had been basically completed. The investor mobilized maximum resources and manpower to urgently erect tents and arrange functional areas to ensure the event could take place.
Chairman Le Ngoc Chau assigned the Office of the city People’s Committee, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority, and the Department of Construction to inspect and approve the preparations, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects. Careful attention must be given to the reception area, contingency plans in case of adverse weather, ceremonial decorations, landscape, sound and lighting systems, as well as convenient parking arrangements, Chau noted.
The Chairman of the city People’s Committee emphasized that these two projects are significant milestones to celebrate the first Party Congress of Hai Phong city for the 2025–2030 tenure. They hold important meaning for the city’s development and receive special attention from Central and city leaders. Therefore, every detail must be carefully handled to ensure the groundbreaking ceremony is solemn and absolutely safe in all aspects.
