Vinh Quang industrial park project to break ground in early Oct

The investor is actively completing procedures to prepare for the groundbreaking of the Vinh Quang Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Trading Project (phase 1).

By September 19, site clearance for phase 1 of the Vinh Quang Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Trading Project in Vinh Hai and Vinh Bao communes had been basically completed, according to a representative of Idico Vinh Quang JSC.

Idico Vinh Quang JSC., the project’s investor, is actively coordinating with departments and sectors of Hai Phong city to finalize investment procedures and prepare for the project’s groundbreaking ceremony, expected to take place in early October 2025, in celebration of the first Hai Phong Party Congress for the 2025 – 2030 term.

Phase 1 of the project covers about 164.3 ha

Phase 1 of the project was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 29/QD-TTg dated January 5, 2025. Phase 1 will cover about 164.3 ha, including around 50.6 ha in Vinh Bao commune and 113.7 ha in Vinh Hai commune. Site clearance affects more than 900 households.

Once completed, the entire project will cover 226.01 ha, with a total investment capital of 3,550 billion VND.

Vinh Quang industrial park will be built under an ecological model, combining modern technology with efficient resource management to minimize negative environmental impacts. The park prioritizes attracting enterprises in modern, green technology, clean production, logistics, and related fields.
