The wards and communes of Chi Linh, Chu Van An, Hop Tien, Le Dai Hanh, Tran Phu, Thai Tan, An Phu, Nam An Phu, Nam Sach, Tue Tinh, Cam Giang, Mao Dien, Ke Sat, Binh Giang, Duong An, Yet Kieu, Gia Loc, Ha Tay, Thanh Ha, Ha Bac, Ai Quoc, Nam Dong, Tu Minh, Thach Khoi, Tan Hung, Viet Hoa, Thanh Dong, Hai Duong, Le Thanh Nghi, Tran Hung Dao, Nguyen Trai, Tran Nhan Tong will also be affected.
