Hai Phong makes efforts to cut processing times for administrative procedure

To date, Hai Phong has reduced the processing time for 1,949 administrative procedures, equivalent to 50%. The city is moving toward reducing the remaining processing time by a further 50%.
Hai Phong targets higher PCI score

Hai Phong aims to increase its Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) score to 70 points or higher, with the goal of ranking among the top three provinces and cities nationwide.
