He also pointed out several issues that need improvement, including the consistency of communication content and formats, as well as decorations, ceremonial arrangements, and facilities at some polling stations, especially those located in residential quarters.

He emphasized that with less than two weeks left until Election Day, a major political event of the country, election communication work is entering its peak phase and must be carried out synchronously, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, consistency, comprehensiveness, vivid presentation, and proper orientation. Communication efforts should focus on issues of concern to voters, promote and disseminate legal regulations on the use of social media and election campaigning, and pay attention to information security and the effective handling of emerging issues.

He also stressed the need to closely monitor the ideological developments of officials, Party members, and the public, prevent the spread of malicious or harmful information on cyberspace before the election, continue reviewing decorations and ceremonial arrangements, and implement the official election song for the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels in a unified manner. At the same time, communication efforts should be further strengthened to create an enthusiastic atmosphere, ensuring that the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term truly becomes a festival of the entire people.
