On the morning of March 2, the inspection team from Election Board No. 3 conducted the second inspection of preparations for the 16th National Assembly elections at several localities under Election Constituency No. 3 in Hai Phong City.

According to reports from the commune Election Committees, localities have fully issued leadership and directive documents to date; established Steering Committees, Election Committees, and Polling Teams in compliance with regulations. Propaganda work has been implemented synchronously with diverse forms, emphasizing visual propaganda through billboards, banners, and slogans; propaganda on social media platforms like Zalo, fanpages, and commune electronic information portals; maintaining regular broadcast systems via loudspeakers and mobile propaganda campaigns to create an enthusiastic atmosphere leading up to the upcoming 16th National Assembly elections.

Through on-site inspections, the inspection team leaders from Election Board No. 3 highly commended the proactive and serious approach of the commune Election Committees. In the coming time, localities need to continue excelling in election propaganda; focus on sprucing up and decorating polling areas, and arrange waiting areas for voters during the voting process.
