Hai Phong to start, inaugurate 13 projects on Dec 19

Hai Phong city plans to register the groundbreaking and inauguration of 13 projects on December 19 to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.

Five projects will be registered with the Central authorities, including projects to build infrastructure connecting stations and station squares under the Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway construction project at the access road to Nam Hai Duong station in Gia Loc and Yet Kieu communes; seven buildings from CT1 to CT8 under the social housing project in Trang Due urban, commercial service and worker housing area in An Duong ward; an interchange of Bui Vien and Le Hong Phong streets in Hai An ward; the infrastructure of Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien industrial park in Cam Giang commune; and a mixed-use work at lot I.14/CTHH-01 in Bac Song Cam new urban area in Thuy Nguyen ward.

In addition, eight other projects will be registered for groundbreaking or inauguration by the city People’s Committee to be held simultaneously with the Central program on December 19.

To ensure all conditions for the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies, the city People’s Committee has required the Department of Construction to thoroughly review all procedures and requirements in accordance with regulations, ensuring criteria regarding scale and significance for submission to the Ministry of Construction before December 10.
