Every melody in the artistic program Sea Aspiration vividly portrayed the rhythm of life, spirit, and character of the people of Hai Phong, blending romance, resilience, and an enduring aspiration to reach out to the open sea.

Due to the impact of Storm No. 1, instead of being performed live and broadcast as originally scheduled on the evening of July 4, the artistic program Sea Aspiration was recorded at 8:00 p.m. on July 3 at the August Theatre.
