Hai Phong city has established and maintained friendly cooperative relations with 31 localities from various countries and trade with more than 130 countries and territories.
Within the framework of the National Achievements Exhibition, contributing to the display of Hai Phong’s economic, cultural, social, diplomatic, and defense achievements across periods are valuable documentary photos highlighting the city’s outstanding milestones in foreign affairs.
In Hai Phong’s exhibition zone, the foreign affairs sector introduces the city’s persistent and comprehensive diplomatic journey through rare and valuable images and information. The showcased materials focus on the initial foundations for domestic and foreign activities; proactive integration; deep integration, broad cooperation, and investment attraction; etc., together painting a comprehensive picture of Hai Phong’s diplomacy.
From the city’s early cautious steps during the divided-nation period, Hai Phong’s foreign affairs have become increasingly flexible, proactive, and steadily more mature.
