Hai Phong Port commissions port exploitation software

Hai Phong Port JSC. has put into operation an integrated port exploitation software system at Hoang Dieu – Chua Ve Port One Member Co., Ltd. and Tan Vu Terminal.

The software, developed by a consortium of Intecom Technology Investment JSC. and Thang Long Investment and Trading Co., Ltd. (Intecom – TLSC), aims to build a modern, synchronized and transparent port exploitation management model.

The software operates the entire process of berth, yard and gate exploitation, completely replacing paper slips with mobile devices at the site, with data updated in real time.

Notably, the software is also synchronously integrated with the TOS system for container and Ro-Ro vessel exploitation, internal management software, services of State management agencies, electronic payment gateways, electronic invoices, and hardware systems such as automatic truck scaling and gate access control (autogate).

Putting the software into operation creates an important technological foundation for Hai Phong Port to enhance the efficiency of general cargo exploitation, shorten processing time, increase transparency, and affirm its pioneering role in seaport digital transformation.
