A 41-storey mixed-use building and a 75-storey tower in Bac Song Cam urban area are expected to create architectural highlights and elevate the appearance of Hai Phong’s central area.

Pham Van Lap, Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, attended the groundbreaking ceremony of a mixed-use construction project at lot I.14/CTHH-01 in Bac Song Cam urban area, Thuy Nguyen ward on December 19.

This is one of 13 projects across the city that were launched or inaugurated on the day to celebrate the 79th anniversary of National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 – 2025) and the 14th National Party Congress.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lap said that with its large scale, well-structured development orientation and long-term vision, the mixed-use construction project is expected to become a new architectural landmark in the city’s central area, contributing to the addition of high-quality commercial and service infrastructure and enhancing living and working spaces for residents.

The official affirmed that Hai Phong will always accompany the project investor and create the most favorable conditions throughout the construction and operation of the project. He suggested that the investor and contractors concentrate capital, equipment and human resources to ensure the project is implemented on schedule, meets technical and aesthetic standards, ensures safety and complies with environmental protection requirements.
The 41-storey commercial service and apartment building is part of the Dragon 75 Complex project, invested by Dragon Real Estate Development JSC., a member of DOJI Group. The project has a total investment of more than 7.5 trillion VND.
In addition to the 41-storey commercial service and apartment building, the complex also includes a 75-storey Dragon Jade 75 tower, which is among the tallest buildings in Vietnam.
