Free container storage at Tan Vu terminal during 2026 New Year holiday

Hai Phong Port JSC. has announced to enterprises and related units its policy on free container storage at Hai Phong Port during the 2026 New Year holiday.

Customers with import containers discharged from vessels, excluding refrigerated containers using electricity, will be granted one day of free storage on January 1, 2026. The policy is implemented at Tan Vu terminal.

The free container storage policy during the 2026 New Year holiday does not apply to import containers of customers that have not signed contracts with Hai Phong Port.

In cases where this free storage period coincides with an existing free storage period stipulated in contracts and related documents, the free time will not be accumulated or extended beyond the period already agreed between Hai Phong Port and shipping lines, shipping line agents and customers.

This is an annual policy of Hai Phong Port JSC. aimed at facilitating cargo handling and delivery activities of enterprises during the New Year holiday.
