Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee Le Tien Chau has required assisting teams to take in feedback, refine organizational plans for the city Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.
Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee Le Tien Chau chaired a meeting on September 12 to hear reports and opinions from the committee’s Standing Board on matters related to organizing the city Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.
Secretary Le Tien Chau emphasized that the congress is a particularly significant political event, being the first to be held after the merger of Hai Phong city and Hai Duong province.
He stressed that this is not only an occasion to review and evaluate the past journey but also the moment to open up new vision and aspirations for the city’s development. Therefore, preparations must be carried out with the highest sense of responsibility to ensure the congress is successful, solemn, and commensurate with the city’s position.
The Standing Board of the city Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the initiative and responsibility of the assisting teams, while also requiring them to incorporate delegates’ feedback to revise, supplement, and complete the organizational plans, ensuring content, form, and artistry in line with the guidance of the Central and city authorities.
The Secretary assigned departments, agencies, and sectors to prepare necessary conditions to promptly commence projects in celebration of the congress. The Party Committee of the city People’s Committee was tasked with directing the appraisal, approval, and allocation of funds for organizing the congress in a solemn, economical, and effective manner.
The Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city will launch a movement calling on all citizens to display the national flag before, during, and after the congress, as well as organize a citywide cleanup campaign to spread enthusiasm and contribute to the congress’s success.
The police force will coordinate closely with relevant units to ensure absolute safety and prevent any complex incidents before, during, and after the congress.
