The Belgium Culture and Food Festival 2025 (B.Fest 2025) officially opened at the Convention and Performance Center of Hai Phong city on the evening of October 24.
Attending the event were Secretary of the city Party Committee Le Tien Chau and Karl Van den Bossche, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Vietnam, among others.

In his welcoming remarks, Vice Chairman of the city People’s Committee Nguyen Minh Hung emphasized that in its process of construction and development, Hai Phong has always attached great importance to cultural values and the spiritual life of its people, as culture is the driving force and source of sustainable development.
Within that spirit, B.Fest has become a distinctive highlight that enriches the city’s cultural life while serving as a vivid symbol of the friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Belgium and Vietnam, as well as between Belgian enterprises and Hai Phong city in recent years.

Vice Chairman Nguyen Minh Hung expressed his belief that during the festival days, delegates, visitors, and local residents would come together to immerse themselves in a unique cultural space, enjoying the renowned flavors of Belgian beer and the distinctive dishes of Belgian cuisine in the heart of the beautiful city of Hai Phong.
