50 bicycles presented to disadvantaged but high-achieving students

The Hai Phong Red Cross, in coordination with HECHUN Logistics Co., Ltd. in Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, held a ceremony at Du Hang Primary School in Le Chan ward on the morning of August 15 to present 50 bicycles to disadvantaged but high-achieving students.

The students from the wards of Le Chan, An Bien, Ngo Quyen, Gia Vien, Hai An, Dong Hai, and Hong Bang received the bicycles before the beginning of the new school year. The total value of the gifts was 89 million VND.

For many years, HECHUN Logistics Co., Ltd. has regularly accompanied the Hai Phong Red Cross in providing milk and cakes to support the nutrition of disadvantaged children. The presentation of the bicycles is a practical activity to assist the disadvantaged students ahead of the new school year.

This event is part of the Nutrition Program for Poor and Disabled Children launched by the Vietnam Red Cross Society.
