The new VF Connect software package focuses on personalization and advanced features, available for VF 6 models and above.
On January 15, VinFast officially launched the VF Connect smart service package, featuring a wide range of advanced and highly personalized options, available for vehicle models from the VF 6 onward. Users will be able to experience outstanding features appearing for the first time on VinFast electric vehicles, such as a generative AI virtual assistant, remote vehicle management, intrusion alerts, navigation support, and a Wi-Fi hotspot.
In addition to the lifetime free Basic package that includes essential features, VinFast has officially introduced premium VF Connect service packages. These paid packages are specifically designed to unlock the most powerful technologies on modern electric vehicles and are offered in three options: Pro, Premium, and Prime.
Among them, the VinFast Virtual Assistant 3.0, Remote Vehicle Control and Monitoring, and Theft Alert are standout features available across all three packages. The Virtual Assistant 3.0, integrated with generative AI, is capable of natural communication, contextual understanding, and personalization based on the owner’s habits. By allowing the use of familiar voices from family members, the assistant not only supports daily tasks and itinerary suggestions but also delivers an engaging and enjoyable driving experience on every journey.
The Remote Control and Theft Alert features allow vehicle owners to monitor the vehicle’s status, remotely manage charging, or activate the air-conditioning, while also providing intrusion alerts directly on smartphones or smartwatches. These two features will officially be available exclusively to customers subscribing to paid VF Connect packages starting from April 1, 2026.
The VF Connect Premium package is additionally equipped with Vietmap Live Pro for navigation and regularly updated traffic alerts; an App Store featuring Spotify and YouTube; display personalization; and relaxation modes. The VF Connect Prime package includes all features of the Premium version, with the addition of 1 GB of mobile data per day, enabling uninterrupted internet access and Wi-Fi hotspot sharing for other devices.
In terms of pricing, VF Connect Pro is priced at VND 799,000 per year, VND 2,999,000 for five years, and VND 3,999,000 for ten years; VF Connect Premium costs VND 1,299,000 per year or VND 4,999,000 for five years; while VF Connect Prime is priced at VND 1,599,000 per year.
These software packages will be deployed on the VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9 models in accordance with applicable software versions and regulations, and will be expanded to other vehicle lines in the future. For vehicles that have not yet been upgraded to the minimum Baseline software version, owners will need to bring their vehicles to service centers for an update. Afterward, the vehicles will be able to receive automatic over-the-air updates via the FOTA protocol.
