According to a draft resolution on tuition fees for public preschools and general education institutions in Hai Phong, the total budget expected to offset tuition exemptions for the 2025–2026 school year exceeds 675 billion VND.

Public school students in Vietnam to enjoy free tuition

All public school students, from preschool to high school, will be exempt from tuition fees starting in the 2025–2026 academic year. At the same time, Vietnam targets universal preschool education for children aged 3 to 5 by 2030.
