Thanh Mai maple forest tour launched

The Con Son – Kiep Bac Relic Management Board launched Thanh Mai maple forest tour at Thanh Mai world heritage site in Nguyen Trai ward, Hai Phong city on November 21.

The tour includes admiration of the beauty of Thanh Mai maple forest; exploration of the historical and cultural values of Thanh Mai world heritage site; mountain hiking, camping and photography; and enjoyment of local specialties.

Visitors joining the tour will be immersed in a poetic natural landscape, view centuries-old maple trees and capture memorable photos with nature; visit Thanh Mai pagoda, learn about the history of the Truc Lam Zen Sect and admire Thanh Mai Vien Thong Tower stele, a national treasure; and take part in hiking, camping and enjoying local culinary specialties. The tour creates connection and offers dynamic experiences for tourists.

Beyond tapping into tourism potential and promoting tourism development, the tour is also a meaningful activity to celebrate the 80th Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23, 1945 – 2025).
