Cam Vu commune in Cam Giang district is building advanced new-style rural areas. Aside from changes in rural appearance, cultural and sport institutions in hamlets are increasingly synchronous and complete. Cultural houses and public zones are places of common activities, helping to further strengthen neighbourliness.
The cultural house of Hoang Gia hamlet is spacious, clean, and beautiful. All seats in the house are ironwood sofas worth nearly 200 million VND besides a lot of modern equipment such as TVs and loudspeakers. All of them were donated by benefactors and native people.
“This is not only a regular gathering place of sport clubs but also a place for people to meet and share stories in daily life as a medicine to motivate and help each other overcome difficulties,” said Tran Van Chung, Secretary of the Party Cell cum Head of Hoang Gia hamlet.
Along with raising people’s income, Nhan Quyen commune, Binh Giang district, always pays attention to investing in cultural institutions.
Since the Covid-19 epidemic was controlled, artistic and sport activities in the locality have been restored. Musical shows celebrating the Party and Lunar New Year and serving army recruitment and socio-political tasks always attract the interest of artistic clubs and a large number of people in the commune.

In particular, it narrowed the gap between rural and urban areas and positively contributed to preserving and promoting traditional cultural values and building a new cultural lifestyle in a healthy direction.
