Ruoi (ragworm) from riverside areas in Hai Phong city have been well known for years. In early December 2025, reporters from Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television recorded the atmosphere of ruoi harvest in Vinh Thuan commune.
Vinh Thuan - a peaceful riverside land along the Luoc and Thai Binh rivers - is blessed with fertile alluvial soil.
