Online quiz on Hai Phong history draws over 410,000 reaches

After three months, the interactive online quiz organized by the Hai Phong Youth Union drew large participation from union members, young people and residents.

Stage 1 was conducted as an online multiple-choice contest on the Hai Phong Youth Union’s website at tracnghiem.thanhdoanhaiphong.gov.vn.

The quiz focused on the city’s formation and development, its notable historical and cultural values, revolutionary traditions and outstanding achievements in building and developing the city.

At the close of Stage 1, the contest recorded more than 75,000 entries and selected four first-place winners for each week.

Stage 2 took the form of interactive livestreams on the ‘Thanh Doan Hai Phong’ fanpage and covered four themes: ‘The formation and development of Hai Phong through the ages’, ‘Hai Phong’s cultural values, people and heritage’, ‘Hai Phong’s Breakthroughs: achievements and milestones in the new era,” and ‘Hai Phong Youth in international integration and national digital transformation’.

After four live broadcasts, Stage 2 reached over 410,000 users and generated more than 30,000 interactions (likes and comments) on digital platforms.

Through the contest, union members, young people and community members gained deeper understanding of Hai Phong’s history, revolutionary traditions, cultural identity and notable achievements, while helping raise awareness of the city’s development goals and directions in line with Party and Youth Union congress resolutions.
