Stricter vehicle emission checks from March 1

Under Decision No. 43 on the roadmap for applying the national technical regulation on emissions for road motor vehicles, from March 1, 2026, vehicle inspection centers will conduct emission inspections under new procedures and testing methods to ensure accurate results and meet environmental targets.

Rooted/Jailbroken phones barred from banking apps from March 1

From March 1, “jailbroken or rooted” smartphones, commonly associated with gray-market imports, will no longer be able to open banking applications in order to meet enhanced security standards.
