The Le Thien - Dai Ban Industrial Cluster, a 60-hectare project with total investment of about 1.25 trillion dong, has broken ground in Hai Phong.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the project was held in An Phong Ward by Ban Thien Industrial Investment JSC.
The ceremony was attended by Le Anh Quan, member of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee; Nguyen Duc Tuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; along with representatives of local departments, agencies, businesses and investors.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Vice Chairman Le Anh Quan said Hai Phong continues to maintain positive growth momentum while pursuing reforms to its growth model, expanding development space and improving the investment and business environment, with businesses and residents placed at the center of public services.
As the city aims to maintain double-digit growth and become a regional center for industry, logistics, services and innovation, the launch of the Le Thien–Dai Ban Industrial Cluster would help create new production space linked to industrial, logistics and service development, he said.

Standing Vice Chairman Le Anh Quan called on the investor to focus resources on implementing the project on schedule while ensuring quality, labor safety, fire prevention and environmental protection. He also urged the investor to selectively attract secondary investment projects, prioritizing modern technology, efficient land use and environmentally friendly industries.
He also called on local departments and authorities to coordinate closely to prevent administrative procedures from delaying the project.

Under the plan, the Le Thien-Dai Ban Industrial Cluster will cover about 60 hectares in the former Le Thien and Dai Ban communes of An Duong district, now part of An Phong Ward.
The project is designed as a modern green industrial cluster with synchronized technical infrastructure, suitable for supporting industries, electrical and electronics manufacturing, mechanical engineering, logistics businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to expand investment in Hai Phong.

The project will include integrated transport, electricity, water supply, wastewater treatment and waste collection systems built to modern standards. Its wastewater treatment system will have a capacity of about 1,750 cubic meters per day.
In addition to industrial land, the project will develop flexible ready-built factory facilities, allowing businesses to quickly put factories into operation, optimize investment costs and shorten production deployment time.

Located in An Phong Ward, the project has linked to National Highway 5, National Highway 10, the Hanoi–Hai Phong Expressway, Cat Bi International Airport, Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone and several major industrial parks in the city.
