Urgently completing resettlement infrastructure

Hai Phong plans to build 22 resettlement areas to facilitate site clearance for the Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway construction project. To date, site clearance for the resettlement areas has been completed, with synchronous technical infrastructure in place.

The Ministry of Construction has reported to the government on the progress of major railway projects, including the Lao Cai–Hanoi–Hai Phong line and the North–South high-speed railway.
