Hai Phong Labor Confederation to present 14,000 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts

The gift-giving form will be flexibly combined with Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations, adapted to the conditions of each unit. The activities will take place from September 26 to October 6, 2025.

Eligible recipients include biological or legally adopted children under 15 years old of trade union members and laborers in difficult circumstances at units and enterprises in the city; a number of children’s villages and schools; and children of workers currently living in rental housing areas in the city.

The Hai Phong Labor Confederation has requested trade unions at ward, commune, and special zone levels and grassroots trade unions to coordinate with professional leaders and employers to organize at least one Mid-Autumn Festival for workers’ children. The aim is to ensure the activities are practical and effective, creating a joyful and festive atmosphere and attracting wide participation of children. The distribution of gifts must be fair, targeted, and practical.
