The Hai Phong City People’s Committee has issued a plan to organize an art program and fireworks display celebrating the 14th National Party Congress.
The art program themed ‘Everlasting Radiance – Shining Aspirations’ will be held at two venues: the City Theatre Square and the Cultural Center of Xu Dong Square. It is scheduled to take place one day after the conclusion of the 14th Party Congress and will be broadcast live on THP Channel of Hai Phong Newspaper and Radio & Television.
The program will feature performances praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, the homeland and the nation, inspiring patriotism, self-reliance, resilience, and the aspiration for development of the port city.
Immediately following the art program, Hai Phong will stage simultaneous fireworks displays at the two venues, lasting from 10 to 15 minutes, funded through socialized resources.
The city has assigned specific tasks to relevant departments, agencies, and units to ensure the event is organized in a dignified, safe, economical, and effective manner, creating a meaningful cultural and political highlight that unites the city’s people in confidence and renewed momentum toward the 14th Party Congress.
