Cooperation between Hai Phong and Belarus has seen certain developments through delegation exchanges in both directions.

Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Ngoc Chau held a reception for Belarusian Ambassador to Vietnam Uladzimir Baravikou on November 19.
Welcoming the ambassador to Hai Phong, Chairman Chau emphasized that Belarus is a traditional partner of Vietnam and Hai Phong. Over the years, cooperation between Hai Phong and Belarus has seen notable progress through bilateral delegation exchanges.
Hai Phong welcomed many delegations of Belarusian parliamentarians, ambassadors, government leaders, and businesses, while also sending working delegations to Belarus for exchanges and study visits.
