Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Duong province Le Van Hieu visited and offered gifts to 22 disadvantaged workers of Brother Industries (Vietnam) Ltd. in Phuc Dien industrial park, Cam Giang district, on May 16.
Each gift consisted of 1 million VND in cash and 300,000 VND in kind.

Hieu also listened to the employees’ expectations besides gift presentation.

He suggested that trade unions at all levels, especially the grassroots one, promptly coordinate with superior trade unions and the enterprise to solve difficulties and problems of trade-unionists and workers.
“The company should intensify propaganda and organize training in occupational safety and hygiene to prevent industrial diseases and minimize accidents at work,” said Hieu.
