In the first half of 2026, domestic budget revenue in Hai Phong reached VND 60,155 billion, equivalent to 58.3% of the annual allocation and up 3% from the same period last year.

By the end of August 2025, Hai Phong’s total domestic budget revenue had reached nearly 75 trillion VND, surpassing the target assigned by the Central government.
