The administration will effectively operate the Hai Phong VTS navigation system to guide, regulate, inspect, and supervise vessel movements in and out of ports; coordinate with State management agencies in the city to inspect maritime construction sites and vessels transporting petrol, chemicals, and liquefied gas; etc.
